BLACK AND WHITE CABLE TIES
The black and white Nylon® cable ties with inner gear rack are very versatile, and can be used for numerous applications in multiple industries. They are available in a wide variety of sizes, enabling an optimal fastening of any element, such as cable harnesses, pipes and/or hoses.
The black cable ties, manufactured from polyamide with a black additive, provide greater resistance to ultraviolet radiation, making them suitable for outdoor applications. The white cable ties (natural) are suitable for indoor applications.
They are ideally suited for use in installations requiring high resistance to alkalis, oils, greases, oil by-products or chlorinated solvents. However, they offer limited resistance to acids and no resistance to phenols.
PACKAGING
The bag of the cable ties are sold in contains all the necessary information in a single glance.
Printed on the label are the dimensions of the cable tie, the usage temperature, the breaking load, code and EAN. It is a high quality plastic bag that ensures water tightness to maintain the recommended humidity level.
RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE USE AND STORAGE OF THE CABLE TIES
Alteko Plast cable ties are manufactured in high quality polyamide, a hygroscopic plastic material, which means that the material absorbs and loses water depending on the external conditions (humidity and temperature). To guarantee correct handling and optimal conservation of the polyamide, the bags of cable ties contain the proper level of humidity.
We recommend the following to ensure correct product behavior:
Do not open the bag until using them, and once open use them as soon as possible or store them in hermetic plastic bags.
Do not store near heat sources.
Optimal storage conditions: 23ºC temperature and 50% relative humidity.
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
